Requirements:

1. Minimum B2 Level English Proficiency (CEFR), preferably C1
2. At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience in General English or Speaking-focused classes
3. Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (English Education, Literature, or similar fields preferred; other majors welcome with relevant skills)
4. Confident in leading engaging speaking activities and interactive learning methods
5. Willing to teach at EFo partner campuses or learning centers
6. Able to use teaching materials (books, visual aids, games) effectively for in-class settings
7. Preferable: Has attended workshops or certifications in TEFL, TESOL, or Speaking-focused training
