Requirements:

1. Minimum B2 Level English Proficiency (CEFR), preferably C1
2. At least 1 year of experience teaching English via Zoom or other platforms
3. Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (any major acceptable with proof of teaching experience and fluency)
4. Skilled at facilitating conversations, roleplays, and pronunciation drills online
5. Able to use digital tools such as Google Slides, Kahoot, and breakout rooms for engaging remote instruction
6. Strong communication skills and commitment to student improvement
7. Preferable: TEFL/TESOL certification or prior speaking-focused teaching/training
